At Rivian, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery in their original condition.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailer of your choice.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from your email and securely tape it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier drop-off location and keep your tracking number to monitor your refund progress.
